For eva granule line, there're mainly two cooling methods. One is air cooling, and the other one is water cooling type.
Why we separated eva granlue line in two cooling methods?
When producing eva granlues, as for the different formula,the final granules can be soft and sticky,also can be the opposited. When the final granules are soft and sticky, you should choose the water cooling one. The granules will be cooled soon by water after cutting. If you'll not produce the soft materials, air cooling type is common one.
What's the difference of production process?
Air cooling type: Kneader - Bucket Conveyer - Mixing Mill - Extruder Mainframe - Auxiliary Cutter - Whirwind Cooler(1st process) - Cooling Conveyer - Whirlwind(2nd process) - Mixing Machine(blender) - Final Product.
Water cooling type: Kneader -Bucket Conveyer -Mixing Mill - Extruder Mainframe - Water Circulation Cutting System - Speedy Spin Dryer - Cooling Conveyer - Mixing Machine - Final Product.
Is there any advantages or disadvantages of air cooling and water cooling type?
Yes. With water cooling type, the soft or sticky materials can be formed into granules smoothly. It'll not sticky together. Disadvantage is that the granules may still with a little water left as it's cooled through water. It'll has a little effect on the foaming ratio. If the materials are not very soft or sticky, air cooling type is better choice.
