High rebound resilience, tension-stress and tenacity are the important characters of EVA shoe sole. Though it's all call eva granule, it can be good quality and not very good quality. With all new raw materials and good formula, the quality can be good. Somebody will also add some recycling materials(no more than 30%) to save cost, the quality can also be not very bad.
Here comes the whole machine line Production Procedure now.
Kneader - Bucket Conveyor - Mixing Roller(mill) - Extruder Mainframe(with cutting system - Cooling System - Cooling Conveyer - Cooling System(Two Times) - Mixing Machine - Finished Products.
EVA granule line is specialized for making EVA granules. When equipped with the same specification kneader and mixing mill, it forms a completed line. In order to avoid the EVA materials foaming in the high temperature and high pressure extruding environment, we have maken some special designs on the structure of screw, heating system, circulation water cooling system and also a set of high sensitive temperature detector to control the extruder temperature.
1, Pressure Rotating Kneader
It's the first procedure of the line and it helps to mix and plasticize the synthetic resin and their agents in heating and pressuring situation(both temperature and pressure is controllable). It consists of mixing room, rotator, rotating structure, main drive gears, upper ram pressure equipment, safety door, heating and cooling equipment and controllnig system.
2, Bucket Conveyer
It transfers the high temperature melting materials from the kneader to mixing roller, to reduce the workers' work intensity. It's made up of electromagnetic braking motor driving system, in order to make the feed hopper to move up and down on the track. At the end of the stroke, there is a sensitive controlling switch, to make the conveying safer and simpler.
3, Mixing Mill
It's also called open mixer, and the main function of which is to give the material more plasticizing, in order to make the inner constituents of the material more homogeneous. It's composed of base, two rollers which move in converse direction in different speed, roller adjusting, drive gears, cooling system, etc.
4, Extruder Mainframe
It's the core equipment of the production line, which complete the extruding and shaping of the materials. It consists of feeding device, conveying system, constant temperature system, extruding components(screw, machine barrel), machine head and base, etc. When workers send the material from mixing mill to mainframe hopper, the two compulsory feeding roller with big helix angle thread, which is in the center of the hopper, will force material to enter the screw spiral chute. And with the turning of the screw, the materials move on and when they enter the die cavity, the inner pressure gradually rises under the resitance of the mould head, and then when passing the holes, they form incessant and close-grained little cylindrical bars.
5, Cutter System
It's the fundamental to the quality of the products and shaping and finalizing of the products are all done by this machine. The main structure of it consists of orbiting fan housing, air method connector, cutter, adjusting device and frequency conversion motor. Orbiting fan housing is a round and closed type combinating device which is without edges and corners inside.
6, Cooling System
It's also called whirlwind cooler, which cooling the granules times. (Use more or less of the cooling system quantity, it depends on the characteristics of the material. For EVA granule line, we usually use 3 whirlwind coolers.
7, Cooling Conveyor
It can complete the concession filtration and further cooling of the granules in the mean time. The conveying table is made of stainless steeel board with meshes which will filtrate powder and fine grains when the granules flow evenly through the table, to the V-shaped board in the bottom and to be carried out.bettylaw96@gmail.com At the back of conveyer, there spread bigger diameter holes and qualified granules will drop here and be sent to next procedure, while caking or strip granules will be separated and be sent out by another outlet, which attains to filtration.
8, Mixing Machine(blender)
This is the last procedure of the production line, which will do mixing, separating, cooling and storage of the material. It consists of horizontal mixing tank, mixing blade, main spindle, coupling, pneumatic discharge gate, drive motor, cyclodal-pin gear speed reducer and electrical controlling panel. Cooling water can flow through the interlayer of the horizontal tank. The spiral agitating blade stir slowly and continuously of the granules, which will do non-stop heat exchange with the mixing tank. In the process, the remain heat of the granules float and is carried out from the upper outlet, together with the intense pressure current, which can effectively prevent the granules from clumping together. The completely cooled granules will be sent out by the pneumatic discharge gate at the bottom of the mixing tank, which will be weight and packed manually.
